Jenny’s private practice is currently closed due to her work at Caloundra Private Clinic.

Jenny uses a variety of counselling/therapy models and skills to help her work with her clients. Predominantly she uses a person centred approach and adjusts what she does to meet the needs of each different client.

She is well trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a type of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and uses ACT and CBT with many of her clients. She has also had training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP).

Jenny works with adults and adolescents. She can work with a wide variety of client issues and difficulties and has significant experience with clients with:
• Anxiety, stress, phobias and/or trauma
• Depression
• Grief and loss
• Substance misuse
• Work and school difficulties
• Relationship difficulties
• Parenting difficulties
• Life transition problems
• Self esteem and confidence issues
• Issues related to pregnancy and/or miscarriage.

Jenny is: registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS); a member of the Association of Contextual Behavioural Sciences (ACBS) and is registered as a psychology Medicare provider.
